1. Your entering the said promotion shall be deemed as your acceptance of all terms and conditions.

2. This offer is valid on purchase of any Liquor, Tobacco, Fashion ,Perfume , Cosmetics & Skincare products at Delhi Duty Free departure and arrival each shops. There is no minimum purchase value.

3. Each completely filled coupon will also entitle the participant to participate in a draw.

4. This draw is not open to employees of Delhi Duty Free Pvt. Ltd & their families, or any agency working directly on this project.

5. Management reserves the right to change/amend/cancel offers and prizes with or without prior notice.

6. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Purchase is necessary.

8. The lucky draw will be held on or before 31st July 2013.

9. The prizes are correct at the time going to press, but the promoter reserves the right to alter the details if necessary.

10. There is no cash prize alternative available.

11. By entering this draw, you agree that we may use the information provided by you for the administration of this draw, and we may also use the information to carry out research about this competition and communicate future promotions to you.

12. Prize winner will intimated directly.

14. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free prize/s, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize

15. Delhi Duty Free Services Pvt. Ltd. and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize(GOLD) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s).

16. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Delhi Duty Free Services pvt. ltd. and its partners. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions as stated above

17. This offer is valid only at the Delhi Duty Free outlets at the international terminals of Delhi International airport T3.

18. All disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

20. All entries received with insufficient information shall be disqualified from the promotion.

21. No cash equivalent of the GOLD will be offered.
