Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy Page:
Delhi Duty Free’s return policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 60 days of shopping. Exchange or refund can only be possible form the same Duty Free store. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with. Only products with complete accessories and with original packing can be returned or exchanged. If the product has some manufacturing defects then customer needs to contact our Support Team at email@example.com within 15 days of purchase with the proof of purchase (sales receipt).
Confiscation of goods by security/customs authorities
If your duty free purchase has been confiscated by an overseas airport authority due to the duty free purchase not given in a transparent sealed bag (LAGS bag) by our sales staff, Delhi Duty Free is happy to furnish a refund as long as you contact us within 21 days from the date of purchase.
Customs Allowances and LAGS
Kindly note we always urge customers and passengers to check their duty free customs allowances at all their overseas transiting and destination airports. Please ensure you are within the respective airports duty free allowances and LAGS (liquids, Aerosil and Gels) norms. Delhi Duty Free refund guarantee does not cover for loss of duty free purchases that have been confiscated by airport authorities though they have been put in the LAGS bag.
