Please ensure that goods are in same condition as was sold and you contact us within 21 days of purchase with proof of purchase (Sales receipt).

Confiscation of goods by security/customs authorities.

If your duty free purchase has been confiscated by an overseas airport authority due to the duty free purchase was not given in a transparent sealed bag (LAGS bag) by our sales staff, Delhi Duty Free is happy to furnish a refund as long as you contact us within 21 days from the date of purchase.



Customs Allowances and LAGS.

Kindly note we always urge customers and passengers to double check their duty free customs allowances at all their overseas transiting and destination airports. Please ensure you are within the respective airports duty free allowances and LAGS (liquids, Aerosil and Gels) norms. Check Allowances to guide you further. Delhi duty free refund guarantee does not cover for loss of duty free purchases that have been confiscated by airport authorities though they have been put in the LAGS bag.
