While summer is not yet out the window, there’s no harm in prepping for fall. Besides, when have we ever had enough perfumes in stock?! This post is all about some new fragrances that I have on my radar and definitely on my wishlist. While I have always owned and liked perfumes for men more, I realize that my taste has changed a bit over-time. Still not a fan of those really sweet fragrances but I have started enjoying some perfumes meant for women!
Here are my picks:
(1) { Houbigant Orangers en Fleurs Eau de Parfum } – Im CRAZY about the orange fragrance & this is all about the Orange Blossom
(2) { Tom Ford Ombre de Hyacinth } – Fresh earthy rooty garden. Too inviting to pass this one up.
(3) { Diptyque Paris Volutes } – The opening note of Volutes is of a spritz of citrus fruits underlaid with a rather strong spiciness. Like I said, I love orange!
(4) { Chanel No. 5 Eau de Parfum } – This one needs no introduction and It is ALWAYS a good idea to have a classic amongst the newbies.
(5) { Commes des Garçons, AMAZINGREEN } – An aromatic green fragrance for men aquatic, crisp, sharp & enlivening. Top notes of palm tree leaves, green pepper, dew mist & jungle leaves
(6) { Estée Lauder Wood Mystique } – A magnificent blend of precious agar wood, an ultra-smooth, exclusive cedarwood accord as well as a fusion of natural rose extracts warmed by essence of patchouli. Elegant, mysterious, lavish.
While there are multiple places from where you can shop perfumes, my topmost still remains “Delhi Duty Free”!! On each and every trip of mine, this is one place that has never let me down – shopping wise. They have some of the latest cosmetics & perfumes, cheaper than what you get in the malls, completely authentic (no room for fakes), lots of options available in travel sizes too! And the best part is that they now have a website where you can do your shopping. That’s kinda really neat. The Delhi Duty Free is very large and widespread and it can literally take you hours to explore.
